Brand Ambassador & Customer Service Represent Missoni as a true Brand Ambassador, demonstrating pride, passion and affinity for the Brand through a positive attitude, professional appearance and excellent customer approach

Welcome and engage customers, creating a warm, genuine and personalized shopping experience

Understand customers’ needs and expectations, providing attentive and knowledgeable advice throughout the sales journey

Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers based on trust, care and empathy

Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Missoni collections, products, craftsmanship and brand heritage in order to provide accurate and inspiring product recommendations

Handle customer requests and complaints professionally, ensuring timely and effective solutions and a high level of customer satisfaction

Main Responsibilities Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques, clienteling and customer relationship management

Proactively develop the client book, identifying opportunities to attract new customers and strengthen relationships with existing clients

Deliver the Missoni Selling Ceremony consistently, in line with Company Values and standards

Contribute to the achievement of store objectives by working collaboratively with the team Maintain high visual merchandising standards, ensuring the boutique is always presented according to Missoni guidelines

Ensure the correct organization, replenishment and maintenance of products within the sales floor and stockroom

Accurately process all transactions, including the operation of the cash register

Work within established Company guidelines, procedures, policies and standards

Support daily boutique operations and contribute to creating an impeccable store environment

You Are Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Sales Associate role within fashion, luxury or premium retail

Passionate about fashion, luxury and customer experience

Lively, energetic, empathetic and proactive

Customer-oriented, with a strong ability to build genuine and lasting relationships

Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentA team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize

Sales-driven, with a proactive approach and a strong orientation towards achieving results
