Enterprise Architect

Experteer Overview In this role you shape and guide the architecture of mission‑critical bank systems. You will lead design and implementation of scalable, resilient platforms, mentoring solution architects and engineers. You’ll translate complex banking needs into technical solutions while aligning with the firm’s SDLC, Dev Sec Ops , and cloud strategy (GCP). This is a hands‑on leadership role that drives high‑impact, distributed systems in a financial services context.

Retribuzione / Benefits Lead architectural design and implementation of highly available, mission‑critical systems with robust transactionality and data integrity

Develop guidelines, non‑functional requirements (NFRs), archetypes, walking skeletons, and reusable components

Provide technical oversight and mentorship to engineers for financial services software

Design and build resilient distributed systems using microservices, RESTful services, and event‑driven patterns

Leverage state‑of‑the‑art products and open‑source tech to address performance and scalability

Ensure platforms conform to the firm’s SDLC, Dev Sec Ops  principles, and Cloud adoption strategy (GCP)
Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams to translate banking needs into technical solutions

Champion Agile methodologies and engineering best practices using Jira and Confluence Responsabilità7–12 years of experience in software architecture and engineering with enterprise distributed systems focus

Banking/financial services experience with transactional systems and data consistency

Java experience with REST API/microservices design and event‑driven architecture

Relational and non‑relational database experience

Knowledge of build tools and version control systems

Strong understanding of modern application design, infrastructure, and security best practices

Excellent analytical and communication skills to convey complex concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences

Collaborative mindset with experience in Agile/Scrum and traditional enterprise projects
