Chad's Design Build is seeking an experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in custom residential construction and a track record of effectively managing multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the production process of residential remodeling projects from design finalization to completion, including warranty periods.
• Collaborate with clients, design teams, and other stakeholders to finalize project designs and specifications.
• Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction throughout the construction process.
• Manage the budget-approved project-related invoices.
• Process change orders in a timely manner.
• Create and maintain production schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Work closely with Pre-Construction and Estimating teams on new projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production management within the residential construction industry.
• At least 10 years of relevant trade experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in Job Tread.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of construction processes, architecture, and design principles.
