As a Teller, you are the first point of contact for our clients. Through greeting clients, building rapport, and creating excitement throughout their transaction, you are responsible for providing an exceptional client experience. Tellers process basic banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers in a professional and timely manner, and are expected to follow policies and operational procedures to ensure the teller line remains compliant.

• Interact with clients in a friendly, upbeat manner
• Accurately and timely process banking transactions for clients
• Follow all cash handling procedures
• Complete assigned regulatory training
• Strong verbal communication in‑person and over the phone
• Accurately balance cash drawer
• Work with Lead Teller to ensure compliance
• Strong attendance and dependability
• Identify solutions for client problems and Escalate to the appropriate staff as needed

• Prior Customer Service experience
• Prior Cash Handling experience

Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods. Adjusting or moving objects up to 10 pounds in all directions. Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers. Communicating with others to exchange information.
