To excel in this dynamic role at Four Winds Manor, Inc., you'll need a high school diploma or equivalent and must have successfully completed a Wisconsin Recognized Certified Nursing Assistant course, holding or being eligible for a valid Wisconsin license. Previous experience as a C.N.A. working with older adults, dementia care, and rehabilitation residents is preferred, showcasing your expertise in providing specialized care.

Certification in Medication passing is a plus. Your knowledge and skills will be enhanced by utilizing various tools and software to support resident care and daily operations effectively.

The knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Education:
  
  High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Certificate/License: must have completed a Wisconsin Recognized Certified Nursing Assistant course and hold or be eligible for a valid Wisconsin license.
• Work Experience:
  
  Prefer C.N.A. experience with older adults dementia care and rehabilitation residents.
