We are currently looking for a Property Manager to oversee the luxury apartment complex The Two Points Crossing Apartments and maximize net operating income and asset value.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, maintenance, and tenant relations.
• Support maintenance and leasing staff.
• Handle accounts payable, collections, and annual budgeting.
• Perform risk management and produce financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 3‑5 years of residential property management experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and executive‑level communication.
• Preferred:
  Experience using Yardi or similar property‑management software.

Commission eligible with a competitive compensation and benefit package.
