Latitude Corp. invites an experienced procurement leader to drive supply‑chain excellence for a precision metal manufacturing operation. The Director will manage purchasing and materials management functions, ensuring timely production, cost control, and supplier performance across a national defense portfolio.

• Lead all aspects of purchasing, including contract negotiation, supplier selection, and long‑term agreement development.
• Partner with production planning and scheduling to maintain inventory levels, material control, and shipping and receiving workflows.
• Develop and execute procurement strategies that align with short‑term and long‑term supply‑chain goals.
• Establish and optimize the supplier base, ensuring high performance, cost control, and on‑time delivery of critical components.
• Provide leadership to Materials Management teams, setting standards for productivity, safety, and quality.

• Full‑time, full‑time (40+ hrs/week) role in a company‑owned manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and safety‑oriented attitude.
• Strong leadership qualities, role modeling, and the ability to multi‑task and troubleshoot.
• Conscientious attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to interface with various department personnel and supervisors.
• Physical:
  Sedentary work, proficient in PC usage and computer operation.
