Manufacturing Technician (2nd shift)

Your Mission

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at Minitube USA. This role is essential to our manufacturing process, where you will operate and maintain machinery used in the production of our high-quality reproductive technology products.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain various types of machinery involved in the production process.
  • Set up machines according to specifications and perform quality checks throughout the production cycle.
  • Utilize hand tools, micrometers, and calipers to ensure precision in measurements.
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Conduct quality inspections on finished products to meet company standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot equipment issues and optimize production workflows.
Work Shift
  • 2nd shift: 1:00pm-9:30pm, Monday-Friday
Your Profile
  • Proven experience as a machine operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of logic controllers and operation of industrial machinery.
  • Familiarity with plastics injection molding, extrusion, and blow molding processes is highly desirable.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with quality inspection techniques and tools.
