Lead Teaching Pastor - West Madison Bible Church

West Madison Bible Church, an independent congregation, is looking for a full‑time Lead Pastor to guide our church’s growth, lead evangelistic outreach, and shepherd the congregation for the long term.

• Preach the inerrancy and authority of the Word of God from the Bible every Sunday.
• Provide pastoral care, including visiting the sick and visiting shut‑ins, and counseling those in need.
• Oversee ceremonies such as weddings, funerals, and baptisms.
• Actively participate in evangelistic outreach to the local community.
• Develop and mentor leadership within the church.
• Be actively involved with the church leadership and staff.

• Minimum of 5 years of ministry experience, including preaching in a congregational setting.
• Bachelor’s degree from a conservative Bible college.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Passion for equipping believers and evangelizing the lost.
• Active prayer life and deep desire for continual growth in God’s Word.
• Basic working knowledge of current technology.
