Job Summary

Entry Level Sales Associate at Storm Guard Roofing will generate leads, schedule inspections, and act as Brand Ambassadors. High-performing team members will be personable, self-motivated, and willing to self-motivate.

• Attend community networking events to promote the business.
• Interact daily with homeowners and work with local teams.
• Promote Storm Guard products and services to prospective and existing clients.
• Participate in daily check-in calls and strategic planning.
• Use software systems to track opportunities and client interactions.

• Availability Mon‑Fri 1 pm‑8 pm and one Saturday/month 10 am‑2 pm.

• Position starts at $37,000 annually plus commissions.
• Entry-level sales associates should make $60,000‑$80,000 annually in year one.
