• Have experience in construction, handyman work, or restoration
• Love working with your hands and being outdoors
• Enjoy teaming up with others to get the job done
• Feel motivated by helping people during tough times
• Want to build a career, not just punch a clock

• Responding to emergency situations (like water or fire damage)
• Performing hands-on restoration work: water extraction, demolition, cleanup, etc.
• Loading and maintaining vehicles with tools & equipment
• Keeping job sites safe and clean
• Communicating clearly with both clients and teammates
• Helping bring homes and businesses back to life!

• A valid driver’s license
• Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays (because emergencies don’t punch out at
  5)
• Prior experience in restoration or construction is a big plus
• IICRC certification? Even better!

• Can lift 50 lbs regularly (and occasionally more with help)
• Comfortable climbing ladders, working in attics/crawl spaces, and doing physically active work
• Okay working around cleaning agents and various job site environments
