• Respond to emergency situations (e.g., water or fire damage)
• Perform hands‑on restoration work: water extraction, demolition, cleanup, etc.
• Load and maintain vehicles with tools & equipment
• Keep job sites safe and clean
• Communicate clearly with clients and teammates
• Help bring homes and businesses back to life!

• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays
• Prior experience in restoration or construction is a big plus
• Optional IICRC certification is a plus

• Lift 50 lbs regularly and occasionally more with help
• Climb ladders, work in attics/crawl spaces, perform physically active work
• Work around cleaning agents and various job site environments
