Concrete Finisher (entry level) reporting to the Foreman. Your main responsibilities are to assist with the placement of concrete, finish concrete surfaces to required specifications, and perform additional duties as directed by management.

• Assist in the placement of concrete on job sites.
• Finish concrete surfaces to meet quality standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and best practices.
• Support the foreman and crew with miscellaneous tasks.

• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Class A CDL strongly desired.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Prior construction experience preferred.
• Dependable, punctual, and flexible with hours, including nights, early mornings, and weekends.
• Ability to work in variable weather conditions, dirty and dusty environments, and crawl spaces.

Projects are dispersed throughout Dane County. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to job sites as required are essential.
