Woodford Reserve Multicraft Mechanic - 2nd shift

Provide general and preventive maintenance and repair of all production equipment, systems and facilities. Support new equipment and machinery installation, facilities upgrades / redesign and give input on new equipment and facilities upgrades. Must be available to work overtime, including on-call weekend shifts, and across shifts as needed to support seamless operation.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems and manufacturing equipment such as motors, pumps, conveying systems, hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Leverage work order system to track maintenance of the operation in order to identify replacement timelines and manage workflow and productivity
- Resolve equipment issues by analyzing discrepancies, identifying repair parts and coordinating parts purchase(s) with Maintenance Coordinator
- Diagnose and repair electrical problems
- Troubleshoot, identify and repair issues with PLC systems
- Maintain and repair facilities systems, including compressed air, boiler and fire suppression
- Identify and repair issues within grain handling, mashing and distillation systems
- Provide preventive maintenance and problem resolution for barrel handling equipment as well as general maintenance for all air-handling units
- Partner with other members of the maintenance team to complete all repairs and project work on time and on budget
- Maintain a clean and organized spare parts supply area
Requirements:
- Associates Degree or equivalent vocational training or work experience
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work on-call weekend shifts as scheduled
- Demonstrated experience in both single and three-phase electrical systems
- Fluency in basic mechanical and electrical terms, equipment characteristics, and facilities maintenance terms
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and diagrams
- Strong technical aptitude
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to manage through issue resolution.
- Ability to anticipate roadblocks and issues that could derail a job
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Preferred Experience:
- Arc flash trained
- Welding experience
