Your missions:

As an HVAC project manager, you take charge of technical projects from the study phases through to execution monitoring.

Your main responsibilities:

1/ Design and develop solutions

2/ HVAC technical solutions adapted to project needs

3/ Participate in the sizing of installations and the development of energy concepts

4/ Ensure technical coordination with architects, engineers and contractors

5/ Monitor on-site work and control the quality and compliance of installations

6/ Ensure financial monitoring of mandates and fee management

7/ Participate in the drafting of technical offers and reports

8/ Maintain regular communication with clients and project partners

Your skills:

We are looking for someone with a good technical foundation and the ability to manage projects in a structured manner:

Knowledge in HVAC design and sizing
Experience in site supervision and coordination of contractors
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Lesosai and MS Office tools
Good knowledge of SIA standards and OCEN requirements
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Rigour in planning, organisation and meeting deadlines
Ease in writing reports and technical documents
Good team spirit and interdisciplinary collaboration

Your profile

Engineer in building technology or equivalent training
Proven experience in managing HVAC projects
Strong interest in energy efficiency and building performance
Ability to work independently while collaborating with various trades
Good interpersonal skills and client service orientation

We are looking for an autonomous, pragmatic and solution-oriented person, capable of managing a project in its entirety:

technical aspects
regulatory aspects
financial aspects

Field experience is a real asset. We particularly appreciate profiles who have already faced the realities of construction sites and the management of technical unforeseen events. The project manager will notably need to be able to:

analyse situations and anticipate difficulties
manage technical or organisational problems
coordinate the various project stakeholders
ensure rigorous financial monitoring
make pragmatic decisions in the interest of the project and the client

We are thus looking for a reliable, responsible and committed person, with a real sense of coordination and teamwork.
