Position: Assistant Accountant (Temporary)
Assistant Accountant | Verwood | upto £35000 DOE | Part time, 25 hours across 5 days - Temp to perm opportunity

As an Assistant Accountant, your responsibilities will include:

Preparing monthly management accounts to trial balance
Managing day to day cashflow, banking and reconciliations
Overseeing sales and purchase ledger accuracy and credit control
Supporting payroll processes and monthly submissions
Liaising with internal teams to ensure timely invoicing and accurate reporting
As an Assistant Accountant, your experience will include:

Using SAGE or similar accounting software confidently
Month end processes including journals, prepayments and accruals
Managing sales and purchase ledger activity
Completing reconciliations with accuracy and attention to detail

Experience with in a structured Finance or Accounting role
Ability to work independently and prioritise a varied workload
