Overview

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as an Engineering Trainee. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience across various departments and develop valuable skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

As an Engineering Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple departments, including:

Shop Floor Operations
Assembly
Despatch
Stores
Inspection
You will be trained to perform a variety of tasks and gain a comprehensive understanding of the engineering processes within the aerospace industry.

Qualifications

Are motivated and eager to learn
Possess a strong work ethic
Have a genuine interest in pursuing a career in Aerospace Engineering
No prior experience is necessary, as we are committed to providing full training to the right candidate.

Day-to-Day

Your daily activities will vary as you rotate through different departments, allowing you to:

Gain hands-on experience in assembly and shop floor operations
Learn about quality inspection processes
Assist with despatch and stores management
Develop a well-rounded understanding of the aerospace engineering workflow
You will work closely with experienced professionals who will guide and mentor you throughout your training journey.

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30pm
Friday: 7:30am - 12:30pm
