Hybrid, Verwood

Hours:

39.5 Hours a week (Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 5pm & Friday 8:30am – 4pm)

The Role – Sales Support Advisor:

We are looking for a passionate and organised Sales Support Advisor to join our client's team in Verwood. Reporting to the Sales Support Team Leader, you will be crucial in delivering excellent service to both new and existing customers. Your main focus will be on processing orders and creating quotations quickly and accurately, while also acting as a key point of contact for customer queries.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with great communication skills and attention to detail, who wants to be part of a supportive team and a global business. The role offers a hybrid working model, with three days from home once training is complete.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process orders from new and existing customers.

* Create quotations based on customer requirements.

* Handle incoming telephone calls and webchats from customers.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the company database.

* Provide relevant information to customers regarding their orders.

* Optimise sales by being aware of and promoting any promotional activities.

* Perform any ad hoc duties as required.

What We’re Looking For

* An excellent telephone manner and strong written communication skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

* Attention to detail, accuracy, and the flexibility to provide professional customer service.

* An organised and reliable team player.

* Knowledge of AX2012 would be advantageous, but full training will be provided.
