As a Field Merchandiser, you will work independently to showcase organization and time‑management skills, establish retailer relationships, and serve as the face of Hallmark in various retail stores. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels and support seasonal resets and installations.

• Starting pay: $13.50 – $14.50 per hour (depending on skills and experience).
• Part‑time position with a variable schedule.
• Average weekly hours: 15–20 hours.
• Availability before and after major holidays, which may include weekends, is required.
• Annual pay increases are eligible for employees.

• Day‑to‑day engagement:
  Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark inventory using a mobile device. Interact with store employees, management, and customers professionally.
• Holiday support:
  Work additional days and extended hours leading up to and following holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. You may work on the actual holiday itself, which may include weekends.
• Department resets:
  Participate in installations, relocations of Hallmark fixtures, and reset card sections. Two‑week advance notice for remodel assignments, which may include evenings or weekends.
• Team vision:
  Support other team members as needed within the field organization.

This physically demanding job requires a high level of energy and urgency. You will work on the selling floor and in back stockrooms, repeatedly pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds and up to 50 pounds on occasion. You will kneel, squat, walk, stand, climb stairs, and step ladders as needed.

• At least 18 years old.
• Read, write, and understand English.
• Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Operate a digital handheld device.
• Access to Wi‑Fi and the internet.
• Consistent transportation to travel between assigned stores as scheduled.
