Job Title: Sales Associate

Overview: The Sales Associate role is responsible for running all “front of house” fitness studio operations, with a strong focus on a premier customer experience as well as meeting sales expectations. Sales associates are responsible for meeting all key performance sales indicators for the fitness studio including membership sales and renewals, retail sales, and maintaining premier customer experience levels.

Job Duties Include:

  • Maintains accurate records using established OTF sales systems.
  • Responsible for conducting a minimum of 40 calls per shift to prospective members
  • Complete all shift duties & cleaning tasks according to the daily checklist
  • Maintains an organized and clean lobby & front desk area
  • Responsible for attending and participating in all relative OTF training programs
  • Attend weekly team meeting & one marketing event per quarter

    • Job Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills & previous sales experience with strong sales skills
  • Able to multi-task and excel in a busy work environment
  • Must be outgoing & friendly, with strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Functional computer skills required
  • Health and fitness minded required
  • High school diploma required
  • Flexible to work mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekend hours as needed
  • Must be available to work at least 2 weekend days each month

    • Available Shifts:

    • Weekdays 4:15am - 12pm
    • Weekdays 12pm-8pm
    • Saturdays 7am-12:30pm
    • Sundays 7:30am-1pm
