Nous recherchons un/e employé/e administratif - technique pour un poste sur site à 50 %
Tâches techniques:- Etablissement de soumission, envoi, suivi, classement
- Mise au propre des offres pour le service technique
- Facturation / devis
- Suivi d’encaissement et rappel
- Archivage
- Prise de téléphones
- Diverses autres tâches administratives
- Ecriture comptable dans Winbiz (sans bouclement)
- Organisation et participation aux séances de contrôle
- De langue maternelle française, connaissance d’une autre langue ; anglais et allemand un plus
- Maitrise du pack office
- Connaissance de Winbiz
- Connaissance de Bexio (un plus)
- Bon sens de l’organisation
Une préférence sera donnée à une personne ayant de l'expérience dans un poste similaire en construction et habitant la région.
