As an Internal Communications Manager at Nestlé, your mission is to shape global internal communications priorities and turn them into clear plans, coordinated action and measurable impact. You’ll make a difference by collaborating closely with the Global Head of Internal Communications, Corporate Affairs, functions, regions, markets and external partners. You’ll bring sound judgement, constructive challenge and a proven ability to take work from strategy through delivery.

• Shaping global internal communications priorities into clear objectives and coordinated delivery plans.
• Connecting campaigns, leadership communications, channels, events and engagement into a coherent global agenda.
• Setting bold editorial direction and translating complex priorities into clear, compelling stories.
• Leading priority initiatives from strategy and concept through activation, engagement and evaluation.
• Aligning stakeholders across the organization to strengthen major company moments and ensure effective follow-through.
• Using audience insight, performance data and feedback to improve communication decisions and measurable impact.

• Extensive experience in strategic internal communications, corporate affairs or marketing to connect business priorities with audience needs.
• Bringing strong editorial judgement to simplify complex topics and create clear, engaging narratives.
• Contributing expertise in structured planning, audience insight and performance data to deliver at pace and improve outcomes.
• Collaborating across teams and influencing colleagues and partners to align priorities and scale effective practices.
• Communicating fluently in English, with excellent writing skills and strong digital fluency.
• Demonstrating courage, collaboration, speed and continuous learning, while translating ideas into measurable impact and creating shared value.
