As a DSP Intern, you will support the development and automation of experimental workflows related to antibody drug conjugate (ADC) Design of Experiments (DOE). You will collaborate closely with scientific and automation experts, gaining hands‑on laboratory and programming experience in a high‑tech research environment.

• Assist in the development and programming of automated workflows for antibody drug conjugate DOE.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts requesting DOE execution.
• Perform testing and validation on automation devices.
• Assess technical limitations of automated and experimental methods.
• Conduct laboratory trials and experimental runs.
• Present experimental results and findings during team meetings.

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in:
  • Biotechnology
  • Biochemistry
  • or a related scientific/engineering field
• Strong interest in biotechnological and biochemical processes.
• Hands‑on experience with laboratory equipment and experimental techniques.
