Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. WE LOVE OUR WORK.

• Maintains a positive attitude at all times, supporting the policies of Senior Management of the Casino.
• Adhere to established department and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.
• Reponsible for keeping the cigar lounge clean and orderly.
• Responsible for greeting guests, providing recommendations for cigars, food, and drinks, and processing sales transactions through the Point Of Sales (POS) system.
• Assists in educating guests on cigar flavors, origins, and smoking techniques, as well as pairings with beverages.
• Maintain optimal conditions in the cigar lounge, manage cigar and beverage inventory, and restock supplies as needed.
• Assists in keeping the lounge area clean, organized and welcoming, including setting up work spaces and managing ashtrays.
• Assists in managing inventory efficiently in an effort to control operating costs.
• Assists with overall strategies for guest service and revenue growth in order to maximize profitability.
• Enforce and adhere to local laws and regulations, as well as company policies regarding tobacco sales and smoking.
• Perform opening and closing duties, assist with events such as tastings, and maintain positive relationships with guests and all departments.
• Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior guest service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
• Enhance guest interactions by providing a friendly greeting, offering directions, answering questions, and creating an upbeat and positive atmosphere.
• Responsible for assisting all F&B outlets if needed.
• Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.
• Adheres to all Food & Beverage policies and procedures including cash handling and other transactions.
• Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.
• All other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Must have excellent guest service skills.
• Must be very friendly and outgoing.
• Strong client interface and presentation skills preferred.
