Ensure slot guests are kept in play by delivering fast and friendly service on well‑maintained machines, providing cash handling, and promoting casino customer programs. Support player satisfaction through professional engagement, machine troubleshooting, and promotion of Players Club, slot tournaments, and related events.

• Actively patrol assigned sections looking for opportunities to be of service to guests.
• Greet and welcome all guests on the slot floor.
• Celebrate any win by the guests.
• Complete paper fills and jackpots promptly, accurately, and with a high degree of personalized service.
• Verify paperwork for jackpot payouts.
• Maintain a good relationship with cage employees to help execute slot transactions.
• Explain features of the slot machine and ticket‑in/ticket‑out technology to playing guests.
• Identify and resolve machine malfunctions such as coin jams, printer errors, and bill validator issues.
• Perform cash handling transactions including paying jackpots and making change.
• Maintain the integrity of cash wallets and balance them at the end of each shift.
• Promote positive guest relations through prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalent; money handling experience a plus.

• Ability to obtain a Work Permit issued by the Mississippi Gaming Commission.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
• Proficiency in performing all essential duties satisfactorily.
