Position: Principal Performance Documentation Analyst with Security Clearance

As a Principal Performance Documentation Analyst, you'll assemble comprehensive contractor performance data from various sources, ensure accurate entry into the Government OCIO/G6 performance measurement system, and develop processes to validate data collection for metrics. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include analyzing data, ensuring proper entry into the performance measurement system, and developing processes to validate performance metric data collection. You'll be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, standardize collection methods, and integrate feedback for process improvements. Location Requirement The successful candidate must be located within 50 miles of Vicksburg, MS. Required Education, Experience, & Skills Required Education, Experience, & Skills
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
* 10+ years of experience in performance documentation, data analysis, and reporting, with expertise in government or large enterprise performance measurement systems
* Proven track record assembling and validating performance data for entry into federal systems, including process development for metric accuracy
* Active DoD Secret Clearance (must be current and transferable)
* Strong knowledge of federal IT standards (e.g., NIST 800-53, FISMA) and ITIL practices for service performance and continual improvement
* Proficiency in data management tools (e.g., Excel advanced functions, SQL for queries, or performance tracking software) and reporting platforms
* Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills for data validation and stakeholder collaboration Exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, and resourcefulness Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
* Certified Document Control Manager (CDCM) certification
* Experience supporting DoD or large federal OCIO/G6 systems, including performance metric validation and contract reporting
* ITIL 4 Foundation or higher certification, with focus on service measurement and reporting
* Background in data governance tools (e.g., Collibra) and automation scripting for validation processes
* Master's degree in a relevant field or additional certifications (e.g., Certified Analytics Professional - CAP) Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $94728 - $161038

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
