* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
* 6+ years of experience in engineering management, with a focus on system modernization, architecture, and process transformation in government or large enterprise settings
* Proven track record leading IT modernization projects, including assessments, road mapping, and implementation in regulated environments
* Active DoD Secret Clearance (must be current and transferable)
* Strong knowledge of federal IT standards (e.g., NIST 800-53, FISMA) and ITIL 4 practices for service design and improvement
* Proficiency in architectural modeling tools and frameworks for enterprise systems
* Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills for stakeholder engagement and team coordination
* Applies extensive expertise, and has full knowledge of other related disciplines, with the ability to exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
* ITIL 4 Foundation certification
* Unified Architecture Framework (UAF) certification or equivalent enterprise architecture credential
* Experience supporting DoD or large federal engineering modernization, including hybrid cloud migrations and Dev Sec Ops  integrations
* Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
* Background in emerging technologies (e.g., containerization, microservices) and tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect or Cameo Systems Modeler
* Master's degree in a relevant field or additional certifications (e.g., Certified Enterprise Architect - TOGAF) Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $94728 - $161038
