Manufacturing Production Supervisor

The Production Line Supervisor oversees daily operations of the manufacturing production line to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. This role requires strong leadership skills, hands‑on manufacturing experience, and the ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast‑paced environment.

• Supervise and coordinate activities of production line employees to meet production goals.
• Monitor workflow, equipment performance, and product quality throughout the shift.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to maintain high productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
• Implement and enforce company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate production reports and documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent;
  Associate or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred.
• Experience:
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, equipment, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and machinery.
