• Cut, and/or trim using various industry best management practices.
• Use wedges, sledges, and chainsaws in felling trees or trimmed trunks and in cutting and splitting logs into manageable pieces.
• Apply herbicides to prevent further growth as indicated on maps.
• Load and unload trucks with logs, stumps, brush, and debris and/or feed brush into a wood chipper.
• Utilize best management practices to safeguard other employees and the public from jobsite hazards in and around the work area.
• Inspect tools, trucks, and other work equipment. Request repair or replacement equipment when necessary. Maintain good housekeeping on truck and at work locations.
• Commit to working safely daily.
• Perform other related work as assigned by superiors.

Average wages between $15‑$20 per hour plus benefits.
