Position: Experienced Finance Manager Needed
Take charge as an experienced Finance Manager overseeing full-cycle accounting operations. Lead financial reporting and team development for optimal efficiency.

In this pivotal role, you will manage accounting across multiple entities while ensuring compliance and the integrity of financial data. Your responsibilities will encompass monthly close processes, variance analysis, and integration of automated workflows. You'll also directly mentor a team of five accounting professionals to foster performance and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting operations for diverse entities

• Prepare ASPE-compliant financial statements

• Conduct management reporting and KPI tracking monthly

• Lead year-end processes and external accountant coordination

• Support effective budgeting and forecasting initiatives

Requirements:

• Proven ability in leading accounting teams

• Strong understanding of ASPE financial standards

• Proficiency with accounting software;
Sage preferred

• Expertise in Power BI for analysis and reporting

• Experience in pharmacy or retail accounted operations is a plus
