Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the accounting team with a focus on compliance and accuracy

• Supervise month-end and year-end financial processes

• Ensure adherence to ASPE and tax regulations

• Optimize inventory and cost accounting systems

• Collaborate on financial forecasts and planning initiatives

Requirements:

• CPA designation is required

• 5+ years in accounting, ideally in manufacturing

• Strong capacity in cost and inventory accounting

• Leadership experience and a collaborative approach

• Experience with ERP systems, Epicor preferred
