Finance and Accounting Manager

Your role contributes to operational and strategic decisions through financial reporting for the executive team and Governance Committee.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting activities and staff transactions

• Manage month-end and year-end close processes

• Coordinate tax compliance and regulatory filings

• Implement internal controls for operational accuracy

• Mentor and develop Finance staff effectively

Requirements:

• CPA designation or equivalent experience required

• Minimum seven years in accounting or finance roles

• Experience in legal or professional services preferred

• Strong knowledge of trust accounting and systems

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
