Key Responsibilities:

• Execute full-cycle payroll for multiple provinces and states

• Manage payroll audits and compliance with regulations

• Process invoices and support accounts receivable

• Help prepare month-end journal entries and analyses

• Keep payroll deductions and benefits up to date

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce

• 5+ years of payroll and accounting experience

• Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll systems

• Strong analytical and reporting abilities

• Experience managing multi-provincial payroll
