As a Tax Expert, you will assist customers in completing tax returns using Turbo Tax, providing guidance in English and French, and handling complex tax scenarios in a remote, virtual setting.
You will use professional tax software, government resources, and team expertise, while delivering excellent customer service across flexible hours (minimum 20 hours/week).
