Fountain Tire is looking for a dedicated part-time Administrative Assistant to contribute to its newly improved work environment. In this position, you will be responsible for front counter duties, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining organized office documentation. The role requires strong bookkeeping abilities, daily transactions reconciliation, and support in payroll and benefits processing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide front counter support and handle customer inquiries
• Organize office, financial records and documentation
• Reconcile daily receipts and prepare bank deposits
• Assist with payroll and inventory management
• Coordinate store activities while participating in safety initiatives
Requirements:
• Administrative or accounting diploma from a recognized institution preferred
• Background in a retail or office setting preferred
• Excellent MS Office skills; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics a plus
• Experience in the automotive industry considered an asset
• Strong communication skills for effective relationship management
