Join Victoria Park Community Homes as a key full-time Executive Assistant reporting directly to the COO.
Your role involves crucial administrative coordination, document preparation, and organizing meetings, ensuring smooth daily operations. You will also provide operational support to the executive leadership team, fostering alignment across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage scheduling and coordinate calendars for meetings
• Draft correspondence and internal communications
• Prepare reports and presentations with supporting documents
• Organize meeting logistics, including room bookings
• Record accurate minutes and track follow-up items
Requirements:
• Minimum three years of executive support experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Power Point
• Post-secondary education in business administration preferred
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
