Join the District of North Saanich as a Temporary Legislative Assistant, earning $38.40 per hour plus additional benefits. This role supports Committees and the Board of Variance through administrative and legislative tasks.
Reporting to the Manager of Legislative Services, you'll be engaged in essential operations including meeting coordination and stakeholder communication. This position offers valuable experience in local government and legislative procedures as you prepare materials, document meeting outcomes, and ensure effective follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize meeting schedules, agendas, and supporting documents

• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

• Attend meetings, take minutes, and track decisions

• Prepare correspondence, reports, and legislative documents
Requirements:
