In this role, you will support driver licensing operations by reviewing records and providing assistance on microfilm retrieval. The position requires excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of office procedures. You will work closely with internal and external customers to ensure accurate information management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to inquiries from customers effectively
• Review and examine driving records for accuracy
• Access driver databases to verify information
• File and locate missing documents as needed
• Analyze reports and correspondence thoroughly
Requirements:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with individuals at all levels
• Knowledge of office procedures and protocols
• Familiarity with driver licensing laws and regulations
• Capability to lift a minimum of 30lbs
