You'll enhance your skills by supporting phone inquiries, mail distribution, and tax return assembly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to client inquiries with professionalism

• Assist with reception duties to support the office

• Distribute mail and arrange couriers as needed

• Compile and electronically file tax return packages

• Undertake various administrative duties as required

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled as a business student

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat Professional

• Capability to excel in a high-pressure environment
