Your responsibilities will include answering inquiries, processing applications, and carrying out crucial administrative functions vital for community support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct reception duties and visitor management

• Answer general inquiries about housing programs

• Process rental payments and maintain accurate records

• Collaborate with the Resident Services team for information accuracy

• Assist in organizing community resource referrals

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED necessary

• Two years of related customer service experience

• Proficient in MS Office and data entry skills

• Knowledge of filing systems and effective organization

• Capacity to work under pressure during high-demand periods
