St. Margaret's School is looking for a committed Auxiliary Laundry Worker to support the laundry operations for boarding students. In this on-call position, you'll ensure that linens are cleaned and delivered promptly, maintaining close communication with the Boarding Manager about inventory and equipment. Your focus on integrity and service will help foster a welcoming atmosphere for students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute laundry tasks for student clothing and linens
• Deliver clean laundry to residences and dining
• Maintain adequate cleaning supplies and manage orders
• Operate and monitor washing and drying machines
• Complete other assigned duties effectively
Requirements:
• High School diploma (Grade 12) completion
• At least one year of laundry experience or relevant education
• Strong organization and manual handling skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team
