Location: Saanich
Our client in Victoria is seeking a temporary Reception and Front Desk Aid to provide coverage on the weekend. In this role, you'll be responsible for greeting and welcoming clients into the building. If you have a passion for building relationships and strong interpersonal skills, this could be the perfect fit for you.
Advantages
$23/hour
Work two weekends a month (alternating with another receptionist)
Weekend Hours Saturday and Sunday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly upon arrival.
Answer and manage incoming calls.
Respond to emails promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth business operations.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of reception experience.
Personable team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
Confident with a positive attitude and always wearing a smile.
