Key Responsibilities:- Welcome customers in store, by phone, and online
- Build rapport and recommend suitable vehicle options
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
- Present pricing and financing options with management
- Maintain CRM follow-up and coordinate vehicle deliveries
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Eligibility to obtain a VSA license
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and all weekdays
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Previous sales experience is an asset, not required
