As a Product Advisor, you will welcome customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable Honda vehicle options. The dealership welcomes experienced automotive sales professionals and motivated individuals seeking training. Success depends on strong follow-up, product knowledge, and trust-building throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers in store, by phone, and online
Build rapport and recommend suitable vehicle options
Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
Present pricing and financing options with management
Maintain CRM follow-up and coordinate vehicle deliveries
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Eligibility to obtain a VSA license
Availability for evenings, weekends, and all weekdays
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Previous sales experience is an asset, not required
Bring customer service, automotive product knowledge, and consistent follow-up to the Product Advisor team at Campus Honda Victoria.
