Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure exceptional client service in accommodations

• Perform building inspections and upkeep duties

• Serve as a Fire Warden and safety representative

• Submit work orders and maintain safety equipment

• Execute emergency procedures calmly and efficiently

Requirements:

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada

• Ability to manage shifts in different weather conditions

• Valid BC security worker’s license is preferred

• Strong computer skills, proficient in MS Office

• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities during emergencies
