Project Control Analyst at WSP

WSP is seeking an experienced Project Control Analyst to join its Project Cost Control team in Terrace, Vancouver, Kelowna, or Victoria. In this role, you will collaborate with project managers and planners to enhance decision-making and project efficiency through effective cost control and Earned Value Management (EVM) principles. Your analytical skills will support the project's financial health and drive impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure effective project cost control and budgeting

• Implement Earned Value Management for performance metrics

• Analyze project progress and assess impacts on costs

• Prepare periodic forecasts in collaboration with managers

• Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of project control experience

• Engineering project experience is mandatory

• Strong knowledge of EVM indicators

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analysis

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
