In this pivotal role, you will lead and manage workforce planning activities while serving as the Vemo platform owner. Your expertise will help forecast workforce needs, identify capacity risks, and provide insights that enhance operational efficiency. Collaboration with business leaders and establishing governance structures are key parts of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead workforce planning and forecasting for Canadian RMS
• Serve as subject matter expert for Vemo platform
• Chair the Workforce Management Council for governance
• Develop and maintain workforce planning processes
• Provide analytics on workforce demand and capacity
Requirements:
• 8+ years in workforce management or related field
• Proven experience implementing workforce management solutions
• Post-secondary education in relevant discipline
• Strong experience in analytics and project management
• Canadian Defence industry experience desired
