In this senior role located in Victoria or Vancouver's Lower Mainland, you will partner with business leaders to identify essential capabilities and enhance operational performance. Key Responsibilities:
• Identify future business capabilities with leaders and experts
• Develop capability maps linking strategies to outcomes

• Prepare executive-level materials to guide decision-making
Requirements:
• Degree in Business, Operations, or related field
• 10+ years in business transformation or enterprise analysis
• 7+ years collaborating with business and technology teams
• Proven experience with executive-level documentation
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills
