Position: Experienced Construction Manager Needed

We seek an expert Construction Manager with extensive experience in on-site project management. Oversee various construction tasks while ensuring quality and safety throughout each project.

The ideal candidate will have a robust background in residential construction and a minimum of five years working on-site. In this role, you will plan budgets, hire subcontractors, and prepare comprehensive project schedules. Your focus on quality control and safety is essential for operating under tight deadlines and keeping projects on track.

Key Responsibilities:

• Submit construction project budgets and manage costs

• Supervise subcontractors and other relevant staff

• Develop and monitor construction schedules and milestones

• Implement and enforce quality control practices

• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings

Requirements:

• 5+ years of on-site construction experience required

• Other trades certification or equivalent experience

• Valid driver’s license, subject to check

• Flexible and willing to travel regularly

• Specialization in conservation and restoration techniques
