What You’ll Need Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Physically capable of lifting, climbing, bending, and working on uneven surfaces
Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to obtain site‑specific security clearance if required
What Will Make You Stand Out TDG, WHMIS, Marine Emergency Duties (MED), or First Aid certifications
Previous experience supporting dredging or heavy civil projects
Experience working on or around barges, floats, or cranes
